This privacy policy sets out how The Blue Ball Inn uses and protects any information that you give us when contacting us via telephone or post, or email from this website.

Your name (so we know what to call you) and your email address (so we know how to contact you) are required when you contact us via email. In these days of serial spammers and email harvesters we need to protect our inbox from the King of Burkina Faso, fraudsters posing as banks and people promising us an appendage big enough to poke a rhino's eye out so precautions have been taken. If you don't need a reply you can make a name up. You can make an address up too, but make sure it roughly resembles a real one or our system just won't let it through. And beware of using silly words (eg; kyfvrure@bgkhfcnjkdsr.cojh) because they won't get past our "gobble-de-gook" filters.

How we use your info

Obvious reply reasons aside, The Blue Ball Inn may occasionally send you emails to announce upcoming events, latest news and sensational not-to-be missed discounts. Rest assured, we will never sell, distribute or lease your details to a third party for any reason (unless we are required by law to do so) and have put in place physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. We will only contact you via telephone with booking queries and only by mail if you ask us to.
