Others

We can also organise dressed lobsters, seafood platters, whole poached salmon and delicacies as per your preference. Such dishes will be at the mercy of the markets.
Due to their perishable nature we strongly suggest that all products are placed in "cool boxes" upon collection and refridgerated as soon as possible. Due dilligence is exercised every step of the way during preparation, but once products leave our kitchen we cannot be held responsible for their storage or handling.
Main courses will arrive cold, and need to be re-heated.
